I’d written 3 one-off registration systems in the past year or more, one for Chattanooga and two for Louisville, so when Cincinnati Country Dancers asked me to do one for Pigtown Fling 2026, following my professional inclinations, I decided to make a registration engine. The result of that effort features a configurator that allows an event registration to be stood up quickly, with (or without) early bird pricing, pricing tiers, a la carte, and a powerful “extras” feature that makes anything possible, including complex priced (or unpriced) options. And other advanced configuration options. Bulk html email is built-in. Encrypted Key Management for PayPal keys. Registration Only option. Rich branding and SEO features. Confirmation emails are sent to registrants and designated admin email(s) from your email. And it has several export options.

I also have another app on this server I wrote and am using as the LCD treasurer that I call the Ticker. That one is not public facing. The Ticker counts (ticks) people, money and disbursements and makes beautiful dance reports and monthly reports.Super easy to use, the whole app runs on mobile. The Ticker is also completely configurable, and also available for other orgs to use.
